Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with LORRISE. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 3 days of delivery if:

  • Product is damaged

  • Product is defective

  • Wrong product received

The product must be unused and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used products

  • Opened or damaged by customer

  • Personal care / cosmetic / liquid products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Products bought in clearance or special offer

3. Exchange Policy

Exchange is available only if:

  • Item is damaged

  • Item is defective

  • Wrong item delivered

We will send replacement after checking the returned product.

4. Return Process

To request return or exchange, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

5. Refund Policy

Refund will be processed after we receive and check the returned product.

Refund time:

  • UPI / Bank / Card → 3–7 working days

  • COD orders → Bank transfer only

6. Shipping Charges for Return

  • If mistake from our side → Free return

  • If customer mistake → Customer pays return shippings
